SEO Tips # 218 – Content Writing
I believe that often when we write fresh new content, our thoughts creatively continue to “work” as the old expression suggests…as we “sleep on it.” This applies especially to creative writing or even just copywriting in general.
Try working on two or three different projects over a period of a few days. Don’t be in a big rush to finish something off too quickly. But give yourself the liberty to be your “creative best” over a period of time.
SEO Example: Try writing your keyword rich decriptions (the ones you might use for directory submission) over a period of 24 to 48 hours. Write and re-write the next day. Watch and see if the quality of your decriptions do not improve sharply so that you end up with a keyword rich description that still reads well to the reader.

I just came across your blog site. It is wonderful that you have put so much effort to share your knowledge about SEO. I am a computer engineer with about 6 years of experience in the mainframe field and I also have good knowledge in the field of share market.
A year back I decided to become an internet entrepreneur in the share market domain. Basically I tied up with one of the top share market experts in the country to promote his products over the internet. So my question is what kind of a job could i expect to get in the SEO/Internet Marketing world. Briefly I shall mention some of strengths.
1. 6 years work ex in 4 major MNC’s – HSBC, EDS, GE and Kanbay.
2. At the end I was managing a 30 member team in HSBC
3. Have been onsite in USA for about 8 months.
4. Strong presentation skills. You can see that I could get a tie up with a top share market expert to market him over the internet without any prior experience in internet technologies.
5. Good copy writing skills and creative marketing skills. (Please have a look at my website)
6. Strong analytical skills. I have a CAT score of 98.25 percentile and even got admission to IIM indore 1 year MBA. I have got a GMAT score of 760 and a percentile of 99.
