The Online Marketing Manager will manage and track all online marketing efforts including banner advertisements, paid and natural search engine marketing, and email marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take ownership of online marketing programs, maintain and grow vendor relationships, initiate new programs and increase sales with minimum supervision.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and manage all online marketing efforts.
• Responsible for increasing conversion rates and sales for email marketing program.
• Manage, track & analyze search engine marketing programs including paid search and natural SEO.
• Contribute input into ecommerce web site to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor web site traffic and online marketing program statistics.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to uphold branding guidelines on all online marketing efforts.
• Contribute to concept development for advertising campaigns.

Job Requirements
• Highly motivated, self starter who has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• College degree (BA/BS) required with at least 2-5 years direct experience.
• Command an extensive knowledge of online marketing to consumers.
• Direct experience with search engine optimization, search engine marketing, web site tracking, email marketing, and web banner placement.
• Proven track record of delivering a significant increase in web site traffic and product sales.
• Knowledge of web analytics and ad server programs required (Atlas, Google Analytics, HBX and Web Trends a plus).
• Ability to multitask, meet and exceed all deadlines.
• Must be proactive and able to consistently show initiative and suggest new ideas.
