Create Web Design for Customers, Not for you

Remember: when it comes right down to it, “your” Web site isn’t and shouldn’t be designed for YOU. It should be designed for your customers.

According to Neilson, you need to communicate clearly; provide information the users want; and offer simple page design and navigation.
