Desired Profile
MBA/MCA/BE/ in Marketing / Computer Science/IT.
Must have at least 5 yrs of experience in the internet industry.
Should have managed multiple engagements involving implementation of complex websites and business applications.
Should have great knowledge of the main internet technologies aswell as mobile technologies.
Must have a great passion for the internet.
Candidate should be well versed with latest E-Commerce Store Marketing, Shopping Websites, Affiliate Marketing, web designing and development technologies.
Worked on at least 2-3 large scale internet projects.
Search Engine Marketing experience will be plus.
Candidate should be detail-oriented, motivated, efficient and disciplined.
Experience of direct dealing with US/UK customers is a must.
Experience in a highly analytical and creative environment.
Should have excellent communication skills and a strong methodical development approach.
Should have excellent team leading skills and people management skills.
Must be great at hiring people
Must be adept at creating proceses to streamline operations.
