Major Job Accountabilities

Experience with SEO analysis, particularly identifying key factors that influence search engine rankings with a specific emphasis on analyzing the relevant elements of linking, architecture, and content
Intimate understanding of with Search Engines (Google Ad Words, Yahoo Search Marketing, and MSN Paid Search). [Keyword Identificationn/Analysis]
Running 3, 6 and 9 month reviews of campaigns
Product Development – Using search engine research techniques
Site Development
Link Building with other sites
Performing as copy writer to do necessary changes
Log file analysis
Traffic Reporting
Site Analysis
Troubleshooting
· Education/Experience
3 year college degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years experience specializing in natural / organic web / search optimization
· Knowledge/Technical Skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other programming languages
MUST have a STRONG SEO background (not entry level position)
Experience in keyword research and build-out
Strong knowledge of search and criteria of leading algorithms
Experience with leading search engine ranking, traffic and analysis software
Extremely proficient in the English language
Exceptional Excel skills: formulas, filtering, macros, pivot tables, and trending charts
Excellent math and statistical skills with the ability to provide quick and concise results
Knowledge of online marketing principals (Impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, Cost per Acquisition) preferred
· Abilities
Strong mathematical, analytical and writing skills
Analyze, summarize and present analytical reports
Strong communication
ü Ability to take a set of directions and complete the task at hand giving any insight you might have come across while working on the project. Specifically, not just following a list of instructions but rather understanding the goal of a project and following it through to its logical conclusion
