Job Description :
- Spearhead digital strategy for corporate marketing and be a key driver for all digital marketing innovations for the company.
- Own the construct & the operations of corporate website and all official social media destinations of the company.
- Strategize, implement and manage all digital media programs that best capitalize the online channel and the medium format (Owned, Paid & Earned) for various business units across the organization.
- Strategize & drive brand awareness on the digital front.
- Own social media governance & compliance for the organization.
- Own the dashboard for key performance indicators for the company in digital media & be accountable for the growth metrics and be instrumental in building & managing digital communities.
- Lead the global digital hiring strategy
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should have good scores through out the academics.
